Valiant effort from Dons w/ more than 50% of the team as top ups. Loss by 4pts to top team. Also, credit to the local time keeper who must've forgotten to restart the clock when whistle blew (just a few goals kicked,despite qtr allowing to run into 34th min #efcvfl @essendonvfl

Very proud of our @essendonfc boys Showed true #AnzacDay #AnzacDay2019 spirit. I'm Never upset with a loss unless we do not show true grit and fight.very happy with our v defensive efforts. Pies are a good team. 3 and 3 is not the worst place to be with who we played in #efcvfl

Not sure how Jack Merrett still gets games in #Efcvfl. Could've kicked the sealer from 35m without much of an angle and misses from. A straight ish angle. He is fucking useless.
