#emiratesletsdown @emirates spectacularly poor organisation - waited 3hrs after missed connection because of 2hr delay to be offered next flight in 3 days! 22hr trip became 54hr with 2 small kids and no apology. Very disappointed. So much for @oneworld #sapphire status.
@EmiratesSupport @emirates waiting to hear back from you on whether you traced my baggage #emiratesletsdown π€―
@EmiratesSupport Dear Emirates team, Due to EK 221 Jan 11 flight cancellation, it has been a harrowing experience since yesterday with no access to our luggage during stay in Dubai. I would like to ask for claim for the expenses incurred during the stay and inconvenience caused.
@emirates disappointed at the massive delays which led to missed connecting flights @DubaiAirports. Grateful for a plan but key meetings and activities were missed as a result at the final destination #emiratesletsdown #Emirates
The ordeal faced by many #Hyderabad people on the @emirates is disappointing. My family was stranded for about 30 hours in @DubaiAirports and the apathy of @EmiratesSupport to not even give food or water to a 2 year old baby is shocking!

@emirates is the worst airline experience. Thousands stranded with no vouchers, no help, no hotels after standing in line 10 hours...they gave up our $600 paid seats to others. 30 hours later still delayed @DubaiAirports. #emirates #emiratesletsdown #dubairain #dubai
@emirates @DXB Support 24/7? That is not true...no operators pick up the phone. No updates, no answers..nothing..Poor people, big families toddlers had to spend 12 hours in the airport sitting at the gate with no food to then be told that the flight is cancelled...DISGRACE #emiratesletsdown

#emirates airline is completely overwhelmed today. Instead of showing their signature smile they show incompetence and indifference in helping their passengers. No creativity, no info, even for the #frequentflyers #emiratesletsdown
@EmiratesSupport @emirates #emiratesletsdown sad and interesting ...what does connection desk do? They can't connect with empathy to passengers, they can't connect passengers to their destination
Up since 4 am, trying to keep my husband company. Heβs stuck in Dubai after missing connection, next in 14 hours (!!) and heβs given no help and no info. If Golden Medalions are treated like this, I hate to think how other Emirates passengers are treatedπ³ #emiratesletsdown
