#NPE2019 #ErrorAlert This VD had ZERO VEC4s filled out, despite having 2,300 more Nat Votes than Prov, and a 140% turnout. There are many, many anomalies with the numbers of VEC forms around the country.
@christophgroene, you have been calling EKU having many issues.
#SAElection2019 VD 33061025 in Ekurhuleni has 2,000 people voting #ANC in Nat, but not voting in Prov. This can be perfectly valid, as many might be registered in other provinces. But, we need to see that there are corresponding VEC forms completed, or else it is suspect.
#NPE2019 #ErrorAlert A fairly common occurrence is where a party suspiciously has zero in one vote, but several in the other. Taking a 0 vs 40+ split, here are the lists for some of the parties.

I did not initially have the full results, and I am also waiting for the numbers of s 24A votes. I am now working systematically through the complete set of VDs, and assessing anomalous numbers to build a fuller picture.

#SAElection2019 #ErrorAlert In Sasolburg, in VD 22750107, the #ANC had 491 Prov votes, but ZERO Nat votes. These votes "disappeared", and were not cast for another party.
#SAElection2019 #ErrorAlert At the Quantum Secondary School in Ekurhuleni (VD 33010210), there are 213 @EFFSouthAfrica votes in the Prov election, and ZERO in the Nat Election. More complex, as votes cast differs by about 100.
