We usually use L Judk 3.5 for 23&26mm & LJ 4 for 29 & 34mm
Bz stent was old we didn't snare. Rather, we crossed the stent from side near the LM ostium (2 cell) >>crush it with 4.5mm NCB creating new ostium. Kept the wire & parked 4x34stent(LAD)to protect the LM(small sinus <25 with) then deployed #evoluteR 26mm>> follow
