So we have some good news - email & web is back up n running. The pirates known as #Extendnet or #XtremeITltd who are no longer trading btw @CompaniesHouse ONLY did their job after threatening with legal action!!! Thanks to @mthservers for ALL work in a resolution. #stressful

@StuSharp_MUFC @KidscomefirstUK #extendnet support are now back saying they had a MySQL failure (for three weeks) and everything's working again including domain renewals

@smeukltd @dickonross @UK2 same situation here, 3 domains paid for and not renewed, not reply to support tickets or emails - 3 customers loosing business #Extendnet

@dickonross @UK2 yep - they took my money to renew my domain and then didn't renew it - very disappointed #Extendnet #ExtremeIT #Fail

@littleredboot Snap, 24 hours now without email or an explanation is a joke. Now trying to move hosting from #extendnet but that's a whole other problem!
