Our Urgent Care colleagues have trialed a Level 1 response team for patients who have had a fall. The team with the help of Clinicians in the Clinical Contact Centre often help patients to remain at home after a fall. Well done👍 #fallsframework

If you fall but aren't seriously injured, waiting for an emergency ambulance that you don't need may cause you MORE harm. What should GOOD look like? @WelshAmbulance #fallsframework
