Recruitment and retention of the nursing workforce is essential at every level, as well as dealing with the toxic cultures of racism, misogyny, discrimination, bullying and harrassment. This is going to take money (much of which our senior government leaders spent on themselves in a pay rise).

@ShaunLintern Put a clinician on the procurement team. I did this for my trust for 14 years. We saved between £500,000 and £1 million a year, every year and that amount was cumulative. So many easy wins if you have someone there that knows about life on the front line.
