Finished Day 19 of #FlashFicFeb and I'm rather disappointed how the story turned it. Still, it was this or nothing. I think I'm going to call it done here for 2023 and focus on other projects. There are quite a lot waiting for my slippery attention.

Day 14 of #FlashFicFeb complete. In this story, James visits a small shop in a dusty city surrounded by pyramids, hunting for an authentic local memorabilia to take home. Tired of browsing all the cheap knockoffs, he finds a shelf full of curios & trinkets in the shop's back.

Got back into the saddle and completed Day 13 of #FlashFicFeb and I'm mostly done with Day 14 as well. Inspiration is hard to come by, but I keep scouring the fathomless depths of my brain for hidden nuggets.

#amwriting: My #neverbury/#flashficfeb challenge continues. Story 12 completed at 2735 words, bringing my overall total written this month to just over 40K words. Thanks to Mrs. L and the #WritingCommunity for encouraging me to keep going.

#FlashFicFeb number 12 complete. A shade over 4K words. I've lost about 1/2 a day per day in terms of doing a story per day, mostly because I've overwritten to the tune of about 2K words on each piece. #WritingCommunity

After a busy weekend, I delivered Day 11 of #FlashFicFeb. The prompt was "Dreams of flying over city" and I ended up writing a Final Destination-esque take on it. Not proud of the end product, but the fact that I finished is plenty of consolation.
