@SaleyhaAhsan @rdalcock @RCollEM @chrisimray @mmbangor Although not a training post I had the most amazing #FLEXMed job at the Borders General Hospital last year, allowing me to work in A&E but also get theatre and ICU experience that I wanted as well as do some teaching. Some places do listen to their docs' needs/wants! :)
