A bit of an update on #Flowwaves: The system currently works by collecting live options-flow snapshots throughout the trading session and transforming them into a visual map of dealer positioning, net delta pressure, call/put aggression, participation, GEX structure, and spot-price behavior. This is the kicker for the next round of upgrades. Instead of simply charting candles like a traditional platform, it attempts to visualize the relationship between the underlying asset and the options market driving it in real time. The next evolution of Flow Waves is the introduction of a dedicated time-series processing layer that will separate raw collection from visualization. Instead of rendering directly from raw snapshots, the platform will normalize all data into fixed time intervals like 1-minute or 5-minute buckets, detect gaps, smooth visual transitions, interpolate spot movement safely, and create chart-ready flow series independent from raw storage. This will allow multi-session Flow Waves charts to behave much more like institutional charting systems i.e. smoother transitions, cleaner session stitching, better scaling, more continuous spot movement, and far more stable visual structure while still preserving the underlying options-flow calculations that make the platform unique
