Widely known as #Sharia #compliant #islamic #bond the Sukuk is an #investment #certificate or #note which evidence proportionate interest in ownership of tangible assets, usufructs and services or investment in the assets of particular projects or special investment activity that adhere to the principles of Shariah.
The holder of Sukuk has an undivided ownership right in a particular #asset and is therefore entitled to the return generated by that asset.
