Hey @Saudi_Airlines, you might want to address the potential of your inflight chat system being used to harass others before it happens to one of your customers.

Another young woman wrote to me of her similar experiences receiving unwanted & inappropriate messages on a flight. For a man who is supposed to be taking care of children to do this to an 18-year-old traveling alone is even more reprehensible.

Yesterday, I met a woman who told me she too received sexually harassing messages from a man on a @VirginAtlantic flight once. She & her friend were too creeped out to say anything and were afraid to go to the bathroom the entire flight.

One advantage of working in this kind of law firm is that when you're sexually harassed in-air, you know exactly how to report it, even prompting @VirginAtlantic Atlantic to review their procedures for inflight communications.
