Hmm so when $mpw said the increase in consolidated debt was “ all foreign exchange”, did they mention they drew $66 mm on a CHF (Swiss) credit facility in the q)? Also, drawing down on cash to reduce your usd rcf temporarily doesn’t quite count as “deleveraging” #fraudthings

I hear alot of chatter about $mpw mgmt team claiming the qoq increase in consolidated debt is due to FX…. Did they happen to mention how much the qoq change in revenue was due to FX as well? #fraudthings

Seems AHS (a/k/a HSA a/k/a Steward 2.0) is well versed in legal delay tactics common among $MPW's stable of insolvent, under-capitalized tenants desperate to preserve scarce liquidity. "Involuntary vendor financing" (h/t Cerner RE: Prospect) is a hallmark of this business model.
