IMO if you want to get #ProDevs to the platform and create these #FusionDevs #FusionTeams, you need these tasks like HTTP trigger. As long as you stay withing the #Microsoft ecosystem, this should be in the standard license.
Good info for #Devs & #FusionDevs Teams:
1. Devs, write your APIs
2. Publish them in #Azure API Management
3. Ask your #CitizenDev friends to pull them into their #PowerApps—NO custom connectors needed!
Less work for you, more productivity + less yelling for them
