That matter is officially closed. I've never wavered in my love for this country, and I never will. Well over a decade of committed Military service within the British Army, 9 PARA SQN R.E, Her Majesty’s ROYAL MARINES & UKSF conducting six tours of duty in some of the most dangerous and hostile places on earth (Yet to do LONDON 😉). That's not a CV line…That's my life…That's who I am! No legal threat, no headline, and no establishment pressure will ever change that! To every Londoner reading this. I want you to know that the same values that drove me to serve this nation are the exact values I'm bringing to London. Discipline. Honesty. Accountability. Transparency and Resilience. A refusal to back down when the fight matters! London is the greatest city in the world. Its people are its strength. To the East End market trader, the black cabby, the London fire fighter, the MET police officer, the NHS nurse on a night shift in Hackney, the Veteran sleeping rough under Waterloo Bridge, the mother in Croydon who doesn't feel safe walking home after dark. These are the people I'm fighting for. These are the people who deserve a Mayor who actually gives a damn and leads from the front. Our brave men and women in uniform have protected this city and this nation at enormous personal cost. As Mayor, I will ensure that London honours that sacrifice, through housing, mental health support, and genuine opportunity for every veteran who calls this city home. To every Londoner who has felt and is witnessing their Capital City crumble beneath their feet, who has been & felt ignored, talked down to, or left behind. I see you! That's exactly why I feel the need to stand. Not for the political class. Not for the elite. For you, the people, my people! London deserves a leader who has been tested. Who has stood on the front line, literally. Who understands what it means to protect people, to lead under pressure, and to never leave anyone behind.
