Appeal time par kyu nahi file Ki?? 😕😕😕 #Gemsoftribunal “The delay has been attributed to the death of sister-in-law which was prior to the Impugned Order and limitation to file the appeal. Thus, the death of sister-in-law prior to the Impugned Order cannot justify the delay of 204 days even if the appellant was required to spent time at the residence of her sister-in-law. In fact, upon the receipt of the copy of the order, the appellant was expected to file the appeal within limitation.” #safema #benami
