The struggle is I didn’t eat dinner so like… do I just go to sleep without eating? Or do I eat and risk getting heartburn and then sleeping terribly? Also, I was laying on the floor earlier reading a book, sneezed, and pretty sure I threw out my back. #GettingOlderProblems

Got my APE results and almost all mu lab results are normal vs 2020 which were all high😭😭. My HBA1c, HDL, Triglycerides are all normal!!! Got an elevated SGPT but workable with lifestyle change. Thank god! #gettingolderproblems
