🎉 BLOCX. transition to a New Era! 🎉 We're thrilled to announce a major shift at BLOCX. We're changing our hashing algorithm from X11 to Autolykos2, paving the way for full GPU friendly mining! 🚀 Here’s everything you need to know: 🔸Why Change? - Decentralization: ASIC mining leads to more centralization of mining power. By switching to GPU mining, we're opening the doors for more miners to join and decentralize our network. - Distributed Computing Marketplace: With the upcoming launch of our marketplace, GPU miners can rent out their computing power and mine BLOCX, enhancing utility and participation. 🔸 When? - This is a significant update and will require careful implementation. We're moving Autolykos2 hashing algo from Scala to C++ and ensuring everything runs smoothly through proper testing. We will be also transitioning to new mining pools. All together we are expecting this change to take about 2 months. 🔸 Impact on Masternodes? - No worries here! The switch to Autolykos2 will not affect our masternodes, which means operations with masternodes will proceed as before. 🔸 Something Extra! - Donation Portal Launching: Stay tuned for our donation portal, launching in the next days! Plus, keep an eye out for our first campaign to fund our wrapped BLOCX coin on Uniswap. Early donations could accelerate our listing! - Historic Milestone: We're proud to announce that BLOCX will be the second ever coin launched on Autolykos2! Let's step into this new era at BLOCX., even more decentralized ecosystem. 🔥 #BLOCX $BLOCX #BLOCX_TECH #DePIN
