this week at #Hambrookforestschool, #Hambrook2 explored Transient Art. We engaged in a fun activity called 'Who's Been Framed' where we had to guess the identity of a class member based on a portrait. Can you figure out who is who?
Today #Hambrook2 had a great session with @minifirstaiduk. They learnt some life skills such as how to treat a cut, what to say when calling 999 in an emergency and how to keep someone safe in the recovery position! π©Ή
This afternoon #hambrook2 continued with their Art unit on realism art. They sat outside and drew the beautiful oak tree that can be seen outside our classroom, including all of its imperfections! π³
This afternoon #hambrook2 enjoyed another session with Bristol Sport. They played lots of skill based games where they had to work together and practice skills such as balancing, catching and throwing! π
This afternoon #hambrook2 applied the skills practiced in Cooking lessons and made tuna tarts or bagel bruschetta! They were eaten immediately and were delicious!π¨πΌβπ³
In #Hambrookfrorestschool today, #Hambrook2 made 'Tree Spirits!' They picked a tree with character and then we explored the tree type further to determine their spirits!
After a brilliant nature hunt today #Hambrook2 rested at base camp with a cold squash. A huge thank you to the Friends of Hambrook Primary School for providing #Hambrookforestschools refreshments!
Today #hambrook2 continued with their Art focus on Claude Monet. They used water colours and pastels to create a lilli pad in water scene in preparation for their final project in a few weeks πΊ
What an amazing job #Hambrook2 did of making habitats in #Hambrookforestschool today. From hedgehog houses to bug hotels, they were all fantastic!
