b)イベント時にイベント開催場所だけでなく、全世界一斉に動かなくなった

登録しレジストレーションポータルをハックしたらエージェントに紐付いたスコアを自動取得して吸い上げ、サーバにあがった個人スコアをスキャナ内のイベントボタンから参照できるよ。
そのスコアでノルマクリアも自動でチェックしてメダルも来るよ。

トレッカーとメディアハントで歩きまわるように導線を仕込み、一箇所に留まらせないようにしておく。
更にリンクとコントロールフィールドを種目に入れないことによって盤面の膠着を避ける。

計測時間の撤廃:計測時のフィールドの状況ではなく、常に動的な個人のスコアにフォーカスすることによって計測時間を撤廃。ポータル、リンク、フィールドを保持する必要がなく、盤面が膠着しにくい

最適化された行動範囲:体力的にアレでも頑張ればなんとかメダルがもらえるレベルで、寄り道したりとかサボって頑張らなかったらちょっと厳しいレベル（熊本ではそうだった）
