@siddharth3 @AkshatRathi Not just that. I also would say an aggressive marketing campaign - the #iLEDtheway campaign it was called; and creating a good distribution network. Discoms enabled LED distributors to setup kiosks on their premises - tapped the folks coming to pay bills

#Ujala योजना के तहत एलईडी बल्ब, ट्यूबलाइट और पंखे से बिजली की खपत कम हुई। अतिरिक्त बिजली से सस्ते में गरीब का घर रोशन हुआ। एलईडी बल्ब के प्रयोग से ही सालाना 3 करोड़ 85 लाख टन कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड का उत्सर्जन कम हुआ है। यूपी में 27 लाख 59 हजार टन उत्सर्जन में कमी आई।(3/3) @UPGovt

उजाला योजना के तहत अब तक उत्तर प्रदेश में 2 करोड़ 61 लाख 84 हजार #LED बल्ब बांटे गए हैं। इससे सालाना 3400 मिलियन यूनिट बिजली और 1360 करोड़ रुपये की बचत हो रही है। पीक आवर्स में मांग 681 मेगावाट घटी है। #Ujala @BJP4India @BJP4UP @UPGovt
