Train I take to get to #ballet is running late (of course…), so I’m low key stretching in the train station & trying to be sneaky about it so as not to look *too* weird 😂 Can’t do class w/o any warm up, but also can’t pay $30 for Uber 🥵 Hope I even make it on time for class.
The only context in which I’ve experienced abd pain in the last ~2 yrs has been #IBD flares. So now when I have abd pain, it’s hard not to worry that it’s the IBD coming back. When does abd pain just become abd pain again? Evidently not at 4 mo remission. #IBDProblems
