One key thing I learnt this year was saying yes more can lead to great things! Imposter syndrome may rear it’s ugly head but the more you push yourself the quieter that voice gets - promise! #ICCC2018

For actually doing what I said I was going to do at the start of 2018, which never normally happens (pass IC Diploma with @pracademy, #GetChartered and do more public speaking - everything else was a fantastic bonus 😃). Hope I can continue the trend in 2019 🤞🏽 #ICCC2018

I've found one of the most important skills for communicators is resiliency. Putting your heart & soul into the work and having to shift gears or do-over happens. Being able to bounce back, learn from it and move ahead is key #ICCC2018 #internalcomms #leadership
