On this day last year, our then Minister of @thedpsa, @MinAyandaDlodlo was learning how to Code with C#, guided by @skinnyshugo. She built an application that launched the South African National Public Service Hackathon: #IgniteHack.
She LIVE coded in front of over 200 Geeks.
I have often told my @Geekulcha team that we must NOT replicate efforts and this is why in 2018:
- We fused 2 Hackathons #GKHack18 and #RHoKPta into one --> #IgniteHack
- We integrated 3 provincial Hackathons into #IgniteHack as well.
