The #IllegalBill enables the detention & removal of unaccompanied children, + removes routes to citizenship for children of 'irregular' migrants.
It creates powers to transfer care of unaccompanied kids away from local authorities including NI HSC Trusts.

This will result in victims of trafficking being automatically detained and removed, but for limited exceptions.
