State govt (except few) have made mockery of #bhseries by delaying the implementation. MoRTH is doing great by focusing on citizen centric schemes. #implementbhseries

You get chance to choose your MP/Mla but you never get chance to change these inefficient babus. Don't know why are they delaying in implementing bh series. Its shameful on states part.. #implementbhseries
