Thank you to Public Servants’ Prayer for visiting our Capitol office — and for the personalized Bible bearing our Indiana state seal.
I’m grateful for their prayers for me, my colleagues, and our country. We need wisdom and humility in this work! #IN06

IU Health leaders stopped by my DC office this week to discuss the acute shortage of registered nurses and what that means for care in our district.
Hoosiers deserve quality care close to home. We need to recruit, train and keep more RNs in the our communities they serve. #IN06

A great American brand had a lot of options. It chose Indiana.
Congratulations to @GrillosPickles on its new Bartholomew County facility.
Welcome to Hoosier country. #IN06 #IndianaJobs

I started this week in Edinburgh, hearing from Hoosiers about the issues that matter to them.
Our Mobile Office Hours are one of the best parts of the job. There’s no substitute for sitting down, listening, and helping people navigate our federal government. We can help. #IN06

Rushville knows how to celebrate the Fourth!
Team Shreve joined the Rush County GOP for the annual Independence Day Parade. Grateful for strong Republican leaders across #IN06, including Rush County Chair Janet Kile, who continue to lead with hard work, faith, service, and love of country.
Happy Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

The first piece Annika Pentecost ever entered into an art competition now hangs in the U.S. Capitol.
It was a pleasure to host Annika and her mom at this year’s Congressional Art Competition. The Northeastern High School sophomore won the #IN06 competition with Jefferson Memorial, a striking nighttime piece inspired by her school’s trip to Washington.
Her artwork will be on display in the Capitol for the year ahead. Congratulations, Annika!

Good meeting with Hoosier nurses from #IN06 and @ANANursingWorld to discuss our nursing workforce, patient access, and the health care needs facing Indiana families.
Nurses play a central role in maternal health, veterans’ health, mental health, and public health. I appreciate Amy Engle and Emily Sego taking the time to share their perspective and advocacy.

Last night, I was back at work in Washington while our team was out meeting with Hoosiers in Hancock and Fayette Counties.
These conversations matter. What our team hears across the district comes directly back to me and helps guide the work we do for #IN06.
Thank you to everyone who took time to talk with us.

Met with Indiana’s home builders to talk housing affordability.
Builders know firsthand what drives up housing costs. Permitting delays and red tape make it harder to build. Hoosiers pay the price.
We’ve got to get Indiana building again. #IN06

Today we honor our American flag — and everything it stands for:
Freedom. Sacrifice. The belief that a nation built by the people can endure.
I’m proud to display it front and center at our #IN06 offices.

My team will hold District Office Hours this week in Greenfield, New Castle, and Rushville to help Hoosiers with Social Security, veterans benefits, passports, the IRS, and other federal matters.
Come by if we can help! #IN06

We’re bringing the office to you.
My team will hold mobile office hours this week in Edinburgh and Hope to help with Social Security, veterans benefits, passports, the IRS, and other federal matters.
Stop by. We’re here to help. #IN06

I joined our Shelbyville Mobile Office Hours last week to hear directly from constituents about the issues on their minds.
My team and I are here to listen, answer questions, and help Hoosiers cut through federal paperwork when they need it. #IN06

Last week in #IN06, I visited with seniors at Mill Race Center in Columbus for National Senior Health and Fitness Day.
I lent a hand on a puzzle, heard what’s on their minds, and saw the important work Mill Race Center does to keep older Hoosiers active, connected, and engaged.

Local radio still matters.
I stopped by @korncountry1003 to catch up with Rob West and Franklin Mayor Steve Barnett.
Stations like KORN Country help keep our communities connected, informed, and close to home. Good to be with them in Franklin. #IN06

We’re bringing the office to you!
Stop by our mobile office hours this Thursday in Shelbyville and Trafalgar for any help navigating federal agencies and accessing the resources you need. Our team is here to listen and assist Hoosiers across #IN06.

Kicking off another @HouseAppropsGOP markup with @RepMarkAlford.
Today’s bill is Energy and Water Development. These markups are long, but they matter. This is where we scrutinize federal spending, protect taxpayer dollars, and hold Washington accountable. #IN06
