Any #wildlife #disease #ecology ppl out there have model based (Excel/R/other) lab activities for diseases in wildlife pops? Disease ecology is this wks focus in class Have worked basic SIR model in #InsightMaker and wanted to ask for resources b4 making rest of lab frm scratch

You can also plot & then compare simulations in #InsightMaker The #wildlife #populations course I teach in Spring is currently my most "#math heavy" class. I'm thinking of testing this out in lab to help students who struggle with interpreting pop growth equations.
