On this #IPAmonday, I’m having @surlybrewing 3DH — a monster 10% ABV, 3x dry-hopped IPA (Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra). I was a bit unsure with a $20/4pk without peer reviews, but I took a leap from On the Rocks near my house. Very pale, aromatic; I’m happy it’s not an adjunct mess.

On #IPAmonday I’m trying @brewingprojekt Dare Mighty Things (Southern Hemisphere), an IPA made exclusively w/ hops grown in ANZ: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, & Galaxy. These folks in Eau Claire are making some 🔥beer. This is juicy, aromatic, and delicious. Thanks @scullerjimmy! 🍻

.@BlackStackBrew Summer’s Over, a 7.3% ABV Australian summer IPA — made with all Australian summer hops, the last lot they’ll ever be able to get (as far as they know). This crew makes awesome beers, with thoughtful construction and they’re not artificially hyped ;) #IPAmonday

.@OliphantBrewing Lazerhawke, a 5.6% ABV hazy IPA that’s double dry hopped with Wakatu, Centennial, and Citra. Awesome flavor, no silly adjuncts, it’s not 10%, and it’s a wonderful IPA. Resinous, dank, and a perfect #IPAmonday. What’s in your glass tonight?

I’m having @hoopsbrewing No. 48 IPA for #IPAmonday. This is an 8.3% ruby-hued gem. I love the detail I can find about these beers — including bittering/finishing hops and the malts used. What’s in your glass today?
