My colleague @LambertNatasha had this brilliant idea to come up with a test on how cool she is. It was a great way to help us find out more about their world. From that we worked on the "uncool" quiz and there were so many points to reflect on. #ipsenchat
When I taught juniors 5 years ago we first identified things that we considered or that we thought others considered uncool or different or odd and then spent a couple of months doing role plays on them- It was so interesting to watch those 12 yos! #ipsenchat

@fabenglishteach @IPSENSIG Yes, I delivered a talk at English UK in 2019 on this. All staff members can really make a difference. We talked about the importance of the whole school, not just teachers. The slides should still be online. It was an IPSEN talk, of course. ;-) #ipsenchat
