On the regulatory front, SEC Chairman Atkins stated during a Senate hearing that crypto policy must establish a solid legal foundation through legislation to prevent future policy reversals. Meanwhile, Democratic Senator Warner noted that while progress on the Crypto Market Structure Bill has been intermittent, he remains hopeful that legislative efforts will advance.
