I'm taking the #ITIL4Foundation Exam tomorrow with a bunch of fellow instructors as we prepare to teach it next year. I admit I'm a little nervous! 😬 #ITIL4 is very different from #ITILv3/#ITIL2011. Lots to re-learn, but it's all very cool and useful stuff.👍 Wish us luck! 🤗

If you cannot explain something in simple terms, you don't understand it.

Excited to be working on #ITIL4 Foundation Courseware! It'll be available for lease, just like my #ITIL2011 Foundation Courseware is leased today by many training organizations worldwide. Need #ITILFoundation courseware that doesn't stink and won't break the bank? Talk to me!
