The 4N25 is a reliable coupler that work as a radio PTT switch. They provide electrical isolation between the control circuit and radio, with the phototransistor acting as a switch to pull the PTT line low. https://t.co/L4443zFJ6r #4n25 #digitalmodes #hamnotes #js8 #winlink

This is a look at my new SOTA set up! APRS is going to be fun All things 2 meter running the BTECH application (SPOTOSOTA , SMS, WINLINK, packet). #FT8, #JS8, #VARAC! I do prefer the VRN-N7600 but I'll work with what I have for 2m/70cm ! Looks promising.

#rpsp #Js8

@StaticVoyager You have 3 choices. 1. More power (LID mode) 2. Different band 3. Different mode such as #JS8 Give #JS8Call a try for its messaging system. It’s FT8 but actually useful. Ok ok… FT8 is great for testing antennas and gauging propagation before doing some actual Ham radio 🤪

If you have #FT8 set up and running then why not give #JS8 a spin too? It’s based on FT8 but it kicks it out of the park with amazing functionality such as text based QSO with auto reply, message storage & forwarding, #APRS spotting and much more. Visit https://t.co/apaXfyRtsV
