Apr 2 '24: #JacobRostovsky tells the City manager he redirected $140k of UBI funds to victims of domestic violence (it's clear the money is gone but this may not true). Only $60k out of $700k remained in the UBI project account. This should've caused major panic in city hall.
Unbelievable but true: After being told in Sep that #JacobRostovsky wasn’t making payments to UBI recipients, #DAPHealth HIRED HIM to "provide gender health and wellness program support"! Rostovsky was employed at DAP from 9/25/23 to 3/4/24. How could this happen?
