You can have a `DateTimeFormatter` with a custom pattern: `ofPattern("y-MM-dd")`
You can have a localized one, too:
`ofLocalizedDate(FormatStyle.SHORT)`
And since #Java19, custom localized one works, too: `ofLocalizedPattern("yMM")`
