Foreign-born, Biden-appointed judge DEFIES federal court order, blocks voter citizenship checks and refuses to back down! Foreign-born Judge Sparkle Sooknanan has rejected a federal court order to pause her ruling that dismantled the Department of Homeland Security’s expanded SAVE citizenship verification system. Even after U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell II in Florida ordered DHS to immediately restore the system for states like Florida, Indiana, Iowa, and Ohio, Judge Sooknanan refused to stand down. She accused the government of “gamesmanship” and claimed the Florida court had “erred in significant ways.” The expanded SAVE database allows states to use Social Security numbers and bulk searches to verify citizenship on voter rolls. Sooknanan had previously blocked the upgrades, claiming they violated federal privacy laws. The conflicting rulings have left DHS caught between two federal judges. Republican Rep. Abe Hamadeh has already introduced articles of impeachment against her. This is exactly why many Americans are demanding that federal judges be natural-born U.S. citizens. Dirty judge protects fellow judge who helped illegal immigrant evade ICE inside courthouse!! A federal judge just gave former Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan a slap on the wrist. She received only a $5,000 fine and no prison time after being convicted of felony obstruction for helping a Mexican illegal immigrant dodge ICE agents inside her own Milwaukee courthouse. Dugan was caught on camera directing the illegal immigrant out a back door to avoid federal agents who had a warrant for his arrest. She was convicted by a jury, yet the sentencing judge decided her long career on the bench meant she did not deserve jail time. This is judges protecting their own. One judge breaks the law to shield an illegal immigrant from deportation, and another judge makes sure she faces almost no real consequences. If an ordinary citizen had done what Dugan did, they would be facing serious prison time. But when you are part of the judicial club, the rules apparently do not apply the same way. This kind of protection inside the judiciary is exactly why public trust in the system keeps collapsing.
