I believe that one of the most ideal ways to gain vertical would be JUMPING! But working on specific things like the penultimate and explosiveness from the gather, you would be able to simulate the jumping ability during training! FORWARD SLED PUSH & STEP UPS! #jumpability

I’m starting with low load because I’m humbled. I know i could lift way more but the smart thing to do is gradually increase the load little by little. Click this link to Find your jump ability https://t.co/mb6cew7yby #jumpability #ibcourt

Never limit yourself! Dont rush the process! Taking time to become better is key! What’s the difference between being good and great is how much work you’re willing to put in, how much will you sacrifice! #jumpability #ibcourt

How do you become a higher jumper? Well I think focusing on the protection of the knees and also working on the performance to actually jump is key during training! https://t.co/MnOP5MUjFh TRAIN TO FIND YOUR JUMP ABILITY! #jumpability #ibcourt

The bigger the penultimate step, the more speed and power you created to get from Point A to Point B. What’s next? Being able to handle what the body puts out! Strong Tibs are very necessary to have a high vertical! #jumpability

What makes dunking easier? The ATG SYSTEM! Imagine having no limitations and being able to reach your Jump and Athletic potential! This is the difference between being good and great! Imagine being able to fly high without worrying about pain! #jumpability

The greatest feat I’ve had was being able to overcome knee pain! With that, I found more of what my passion was because I was able to be pain free! I love to help others and being able To fly in the air will always trump every ability from my POV! #ibcourt #jumpability

I found that going for more depth in my squats, was the route to take to bulletproof my knees but also add inches to my already crazy vertical! It’s not always about who can’t squat the most but perfecting your full range strict form before adding load! #jumpability

I would say upper body is just as important to jump higher. Dips being one of the best overall exercises to be healthier, better athlete, stronger, and to jump higher. Dont sleep on the dips gang! #jumpability

Don’t rush your reps on your squats! Control the entire eccentric and challenge yourself! This is where gains are made! Focus on the FULLL amount of flexion! Develop the body to be able to handle ANY amounts of load at ANY amount of flexion! Pain free Ability! #jumpability

To “Bulletproof” your knees, you should have just as much attention on the back of the leg as the front. Your posterior chain and behind the knee specifically, can reduce the chances of knee injury and help you find pain free ability! Oh yeah, and jump higher! #jumpability

CMC is that guy Fosho! Besides that, the more ankle ability you have, the more knee ability you could have! The calf raises works the opposite way of the tib raises for the ankles! Different eccentric and concentric but both equally as important! #jumpability

What’s creates a higher vertical? Being able to maximize and capitalize out of your penultimate step. Creating the power and speed, momentum, that way my tibs can transfer my momentum upwards! FORWARD SLED PUSH IS THE GO TO! #jumpability #ibcourt

We’ve neglected full ability our whole like. Mistreated our bodies by not feeding it the proper movements we should have. We didn’t keep our child like mobility.. we lost it as we’ve gotten older.. Child like mobility + adult like strength = Pain free ability 🫡 #jumpability
