Let's talk about junction design theory and the often overlooked storage length. This video breaks it down - from determining storage length to future traffic considerations and limitations of design tools. Let's optimize our junctions for smooth traffic flow. #JunctionDesign #HighwayEngineering #CivilEngineering [https://t.co/6JQzlAR2z9)

The Abu Dhabi Urban Street Design Manual indicates that right turn pockets should have tabletop crossings and a 30° offset to encourage drivers to slow down and stop for pedestrians & cyclists. It's great to see the new standard being put into practice. https://t.co/Ygx1aQggTP
