Delivered the original version of #kataintheclassroom workshop as part of #lean training to reinforce applying scientific thinking when making improvements. @RealMikeRother made it easy to include this workshop as part of the #training plan.

Actually taught #kataInTheClassRoom with some corporate folks last week. Thank you @RealMikeRother for putting together an easy fun training method for a difficult concept to learn. Getting inquiries to run the class with other departments now.

@RealMikeRother ran our first #kataintheclassroom today with the factory managers and supervisors. Went way better than I expected and great fun was had. Scientific thinking entrenched! Now daily Kata starts. Love this system!
