After 5 months touring the UK and with a mini tour to Shanghai thrown in for good measure we completed our final performance of Kite today-Huge love to @inthewrongcrowd for having me and also to every venue along the way for dealing with Mr Fox’s scandalous demands 🦊 #KITEplay
Tomorrow Sunday 12 May it's the final stop on the #KITEplay tour. We'll be performing at the wonderful @TRwinchester at 3pm https://t.co/ziaA0PNozp. Last chance to catch this “Simply stunning” ★★★★★ show.
We're back from the most amazing time performing #KITEplay at #ModernDramaValley in Shanghai China at the gorgeous #JinganDistrictCultureCentre. Thanks so much Performance Infinity for booking & brilliantly supporting us, & thanks to the lovely folk who came to see the show.
In Shanghai, The Wrong Crowd’s #KITEplay has landed in Shanghai, with 3 shows as part of Jing’an’s Drama Valey Festival. ★★★★★The Stage. ★★★★The Times. Check it out! @inthewrongcrowd
#KITEplay has arrived in Shanghai! We have 3 shows as part of the #ModerDramaValley Festival at #JinganDistrictCultureCentre. This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Oh, and the show is we think sold out. Happy days.
Completed a focus session in Shanghai with technicians who spoke virtually no English and my only Mandarin words being 'Hello' and 'Thank you'. The international language of theatre (and pointing) 💡☝️

Our brilliant #KITEplay ensemble act their socks off as full size human beings, & puppeteer mini versions of their characters to create a sense of scale & perspective. Puppets are dressed exactly the same as the actors & were moulded from photographs of the actors faces.
“This is storytelling at its finest, made all the more remarkable since it is done entirely without words. #KITEplay is playful, fun, & magical, but also very touching. It kept a young audience spellbound, & the adults smiling.” @LutonTheatre 9 May @TRwinchester 11 & 12 May
"Having lost my Mum, I found #KITEplay very emotional - both sad & happy, extremely clever. It was lovely chatting to a cast member after the performance, so friendly. My 96 year old Dad really enjoyed it too."
Final UK tour dates @LutonTheatre 9 May @TRwinchester 11 & 12 May

Delighted to be making work that is the first show a family come to see outside of Christmas. Brilliant to get perspective on how the show was experienced by a child on the autism spectrum. And of course it warms our hearts that they were "transfixed". #KITEplay @TRPlymouth
*NEW BLOG POST* Our Square Peg goes to Theatre Royal Plymouth. Link in bio. He was absolutely transfixed by Kite performed by The Wrong Crowd theatre company. @TRPlymouth @inthewrongcrowd… https://t.co/Hi5JgeeDxp
