LDL = Low Density Lipoprotein. This is the “Lousy” #cholesterol. It is our primary target of treatment for heart disease prevention. You MUST know your LDL and your targets. Total cholesterol levels and “ratios” are not very help. #KnowYourLDL #LowerYourLDL
