As #kas Golang fades from view we thank the #kaspa Core Devs for making #kas work on #golang and run at 1 BPS. That was an epic milestone, so cast no stones at Go as when I first read about this in early 2022 I was sceptical. Not anymore. 💚💯🏗️🧠 10 BPS in under 9% for #krust

@OfficialTravlad It's not that they are ignoring #kas it's the complexity of; 1. GoLang is a tough integration 2. $kas is so fast that they QA it to death as their scared shitless of making a mistake 3. Dev takes time 4. We're a community project 5. #krust #rust upgrade will fix some of this

Yoni explains the plan to scale to 1M blocks a day (about 10 BPS). Side note: as that's been accomplished on #Kaspa $KAS #Krust (Rustlang node) on testnet-11, the next goal is 10M blocks per day (100 BPS) -- more info to follow on why that's useful.

@khairudin_menon @pedrommoura82 @CryptoPeaked My bad. UTXO-set today is 700MB. The unpruned headers are what inflate the current data dir. In rustlang node with headers pruning this will be solved: #Krust node with 1bps needs 6GB stable. With 10BPS will need around 60GB, which is amazing.
