Good morning from Dubai! I met with my team here during our stopover on the way to Lusaka, Zambia. The goal of our mission? The Lobito Corridor, a strategic route connecting Zambia, Angola and the DRC, and its development with the aim to create new opportunities in Zambia: jobs, business, and local value, while strengthening Europe’s economic security. Our programme has three main parts: 🔹 Meetings with the Zambian Government on the corridor’s development, 🔹 A visit to a copper mine key to Europe’s Critical Raw Materials strategy, 🔹 And the EU–Zambia Lobito Business Forum, bringing together public and private partners. @danukalive I think some kind of unusual trading happening in LCBF. Last week saw 15%of shares disposed of by the holding party in the market. They was also unable to get the expected demand for their bond issue (only 200Mn subscribed), but still, the share price is moving with good volumes.

Updated based on closing prices. Most of the #NBFIs have reached their NAVs. Except a few bigger #NBFIs. #CFIN #PLC & #COCR. Today #LCBF announced its highest ever declared dividends of 0.15 as Interim for FY 2025/26 after getting listed. The highest dividends pay out has been by #PLC over 75%. #COCR surprisingly hasnt announced the dividends for FY2025.

Most #NBFIs have sought from #CBSL to issue various types of Debentures #AMF #SFIN. Some of them may have concluded and some are awaiting. The new kid on the block #LCBF is seeking approximately Rs 1.5bn as well based on the Announcement to CSE dated 05.06.25. All these #NBFIs are seeking to expand their lending portfolio! Very good early signs for #NBFIs.

Added #LCBF and #MERC to the list. I think I have captured most of the listed #NBFIs except one with Public State Undertaking #MBSL #PLC is also another one I should have opted out though. Very disappointed to see continious under perfomance of the #SDB #HDFC on s different note!
