During 2nd & 3rd grade lunch students were sewing, using Perler Beads, building with magnetic tiles & the marble run, working in Breakerspace, using Morphi to design in 3D and art. It’s amazing what they can get done in 25 minutes. #lethemcreate @MorphiApp #makerspace

I went to a Makerspace conference and the presenter told us it wasn’t a good idea to have a sewing machine in our Makerspace. I’m happy to say it’s working out here at Allen. We’re busy teaching our student life skills in addition to academics. #lethemcreate #makerspace
