ICYMI: This week I sat down with @WPR’s Wisconsin Today to talk about our efforts to #LetJoshRun as well as discuss ideas that for reform that will bring more transparency to the WIAA in the future.
Best of luck to Josh Onwunili at the State Track competition this weekend!
Great to see the WIAA reverse their decision and allow Josh to compete. Good luck today at regionals! #LetJoshRun
A Fond Du Lac sprinter is back on track! The WIAA is backpedaling on a controversial ruling that the sprinter from Campbellsport was ineligible. Josh Onwunili will be allowed to compete in his regional track and field meet on Monday evening:

In the last legislative session, Republicans proposed a bill that would have required WIAA to comply with state open records laws.
The Court of Appeals recently found WIAA to be a "state actor"
Wonder if the #letjoshrun movement will bring forth more bills?

.@wiaawi it's okay to admit you made the wrong decision. There's time to fix it. #LetJoshRun https://t.co/G2Yzco1YZb
⚔️Top Wisconsin politicians lining up to #LetJoshRun. A great opportunity to put @wiaawi under the microscope.
Why are they repeatedly violating students' rights? What state law gives them the power to regulate student-athletes anyway?

The @wiaawi should grant the appeal to #LetJoshRun, under these unique circumstances. I appreciate the leadership from @SenStroebel @TyBoddenWI and @RepRobBrooks.

This ruling wrongly punishes a student for something beyond his control.
The WIAA exists to support student athletes, but this decision denies a student the chance to culminate his senior season at the highest level.
The WIAA should re-think their decision and #LetJoshRun

Today, @SenStroebel,@RepRobBrooks, and I sent a letter to the #WIAA demanding that they let Campbellsport track star, Joshua Onwunili, compete at state. The WIAA better make the right decision. #LetJoshRun

According to #ADA guidelines this is how Josh runs. He should be allowed to run! #letjoshrun

Shame to the lawyer of the Jersey City Marathon for not allowing Josh, a special needs athlete, to race in their event this Sunday.

@TheBillsGuys The last bit about his notable injury(s) coming from throwing is so important. People out here begging Josh to stop running for fear of injury and it's never happened. #LetJoshRun
