Yes, we still have work to do to stop #h4eaddelays But this a step forward. At a minimum, it frees up adjudicatory resources, alleviates some pain for H4s, and shows the agency can make EAD policy changes. We will continue to fight. #litigationcanwork #dumspirospero

VERY CLOSE to settling class case seeking stand-alone H4 EAD auto-extensions and L2 EADs incident to status. Hopefully this week. Will be a sea change for L2s and similar visas (looking at you E2 spouses) and a BIG step forward for H4 EADs. Still work to do! #litigationcanwork
