#SantaMarta #SurvivalRedesign #LivelihoodFirst My blueprint for a new economic OS [Survival Redesign]: 👇 https://t.co/USQQpKabcx In Santa Marta, the call is clear: the most responsible must pay. 💸 To operationalize this "payment," we must move beyond symbolic gestures. The only rational way to "pay" for the climate crisis is through a Cumulative CO2 Debt Settlement (Stock Settlement). We need to transfer this historical debt into a "Social Security Shield" (basic services) that protects the livelihoods of the most vulnerable and the youth (15-35). Let's make "Loss and Damage" an automated, physics-based system. I have detailed our roadmap for this "Survival Redesign" in the thread below. 1/ 🧵

I appeal to DC Pulwama mr Basharat qayoom sir to reconsider Sunday restrictions on street vendors. For many families, Sunday earnings are their main livelihood. Regulation must be humane and livelihood centric #StreetVendors #Pulwama #LivelihoodFirst @dcpulwama @basharatias_dr
