I have shifted straight into how to shape FOAK operations compliance for this FOAK #loadflex solution and make it for the #AI crowd to get on board.

What: Draft Concept Drop for #LoadFlex = Just in Time Last in Line Curtailment for Willing Loads
Why: Connect and Manage around Transmission Constraints is viable solution for *Firm Loads* seeking earlier energization date as Provisional CLR in @ERCOT_ISO

How: All started as #PGRR134, a simple little thing my firm filed with @SlBrandin and tons of stakeholder support to actuate #NPRR1188, Nodally Dispatched Loads in SCED. Had ~30 co-signatories to the sponsored proposal.
Who?!: To allow willing batch zero firm loads to energize more quickly than firm upgrade date, ie. without waiting for full transmission upgrades, and privatize delivery risk. As Provisional CLRs, they agree to comply to binding dispatch algorithm. They pay their way to be studied and allocated firm rights, and elect Provisional CLR to manage themselves like gen does today, but under different criteria (easier) than Gen. Gen is mitigated for market power. CLR mitigation will be "just in time, last in line" for reliability constraints.
