It’s no surprise locations would want to trade their Lotto products for machines that actually *make money*. #lottolockout @MissouriLottery states retailers earn “5 cents for every $1 sold” on Draw Games and Scratchers. Oh, and profits get cut in half with credit card purchases.

.@MissouriLottery’s invoicing is so bad, most retailers don’t know what they’ve received and being billed for. On top of that, shrinkage/theft. Retailers barely make anything. All the profit goes to The State. Retailers are being used. #LottoLockout #moleg #mogov
