Sorry all, I thought I'd get my next Matriarch update up over the weekend but didn't make it. Work and working out schedules have killed my art this week, so I missed update day today as well. I'm aiming to finish this page tomorrow night, it's coming I promise! #makingwebcomics
Hello there folks, sorry I'm still behind on my update. In the name of minimizing stress and loving every moment I get to bond with my #webcomic and characters (a lot of Vin here), I will update as soon as this one is ready. It may not be until next weekend. #makingwebcomics #WIP
Hey all! Didn't make it to my update today for Matriarch, damn it...trying to get my website up ate too much art time last week.
I so need to thank @DenoJester who gave me great horn references some time ago! I needed a redraw on my crown for this overhead #makingwebcomics #WIP
I've been quiet lately...work has been busy, but I am working on getting #webcomic Matriarch cleaned up and ready for go live on its own website! Edited 1st 30 pages and uploaded on the duck https://t.co/5BekbzKYRQ
A much needed project but geez what a process! #makingwebcomics
Been seeing this one going around so why not๐ The sketch. And the final. #makingwebcomics
I'm so bad at keeping up with sharing #WIP but I'm pleased with how this is turning out so far. Hands and chainmail and fabric again, got more of that to do tonight! #makingwebcomics
Next page of Matriarch just about ready for my major painting work #makingwebcomics I feel like I might have depicted a sleep deprived mind with poor Eidon...they just asked Bruno something and all they have is "What?" when he answers.
Episode 59 is up and that means another episode of Behind the Panels :D Check out the full episode here: https://t.co/RuyJd1MHwh

Hey there all! #webcomic Matriarch will update over the weekend. I was on track for today, but day job required a lot of extra hours and I just couldn't work at night the last couple. Thanks for your patience! #makingwebcomics
The first page if Matriarch's 3rd chapter, Logistics and a Lion, is moving along for update on Friday #makingwebcomics - and I get to see my Bruno again! #WIP of a supporting character I never knew I would grow to adore, he's one of my absolute favorites๐
I rarely get to draw my Muidemi with long hair, they are typically hacking it into some sort of short mess. You better believe I had myself a field day with it! #makingwebcomics #WIP psst, I may also have realized I was queer as a teen when I saw Titanic in the theater๐คฃ
#WIP getting somewhere for next page of Matriarch, I believe I'm on track to complete before my surgery next Thursday. I know I will lose a couple of art days to it, but will aim for something finished to share beforehand #makingwebcomics
Good lord, this page might take me another week to finish but Haranthiel in person #WIP #makingwebcomics Bear with me, I'm going to be patient and get my characters right. Matriarch is a slow going project but I'm happy.
Map is becoming something for Matriarch #makingwebcomics #WIP...oh lord, this cartography thing is so hard! Mad respect to all out there practicing this discipline. My first map, but I'm 100% sure there will be plenty more so I'll get another stab at this;)
An early look at my continent of Iolnos, where Matriarch takes place #makingwebcomics I'll be spending my Friday evening bonding with #WIP map and rereading my writing. I need to remind myself where all my armies are...I know those red and yellow dots aren't entirely accurate๐
Got a little farther on this yesterday. Started in on the same with my still pretty rough boats on the other side of this larger piece. This one is exciting, been learning a good deal and drawing some firsts! More to come #makingwebcomics #WIP
I created something, and now I have to set it on fire...yup, I'm #makingwebcomics ๐
Final painting work will be done *after* I figure out how to create the fire and smoke...

Sketching away for Matriarch #makingwebcomics Here starts my protag's story, rather than go quietly the 12 year old makes a stand and invades an aggressive nation. The rest is "history" in my mind's eye ;) Sloppy start, but give me a few days and it'll be something!
I've been so tired the last two days, so very little artwork is getting done. Hoping to pick up the pace on #MatriarchComic over the weekend, BUT pages 40 and 41 are both in the works. Having more fun with expressions, not doing hands for a moment๐
